This is a good question and one that only you can answer. I guess it depends on how you feel about that tattoo today versus how you liked it when it was first applied. If it sucked then, it probably sucks now. I am shocked at ho many people continue to adorn themselves with tattoos that they hate.

But I feel that you should get rid of your tattoo if it means nothing to you anymore. Just get it done. There are a bunch of ways to get rid of a tattoo these days. There is laser tattoo removal, dermabrasion, and do it yourself tattoo removal cream.

Many people are afraid of laser because of the discomfort of the procedure. Make no mistake about it, laser tattoo removal hurts a lot more than getting a tattoo in the first place.  And this is with the numbing cream that is applied first. The additional deterrent to laser tattoo removal is the fact that it is expensive, much more than getting a tattoo in the first place.

Of course there is the do-it-yourself method using a tattoo removal cream. They are far less expensive and very effective. They do take a little longer to work but they do work and have much less chance of scarring your body. I prefer Wrecking Balm myself.
